Since ever, the Furlanetto International has provided a careful after-sales service. It always offers a first support by phone or mail, in order to give an immediate solution to the requests. 

For monitoring and control systems, we provide remote assistance by internet. Our technicians will connect to the onboard system in order to do the checks needed.

Each vessel is provided with an electric manual. It refers to the entire electric system we have produced. In this way, we can interact with the personnel on board to offer a first support.
